what we believe

  • We believe the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, is a unified message that all points to Jesus. By studying the Word of God, believers will encounter the One True God, grow in intimacy with Christ, and discover their true identity as a child of God.

    “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.”

    2 Timothy 3:16-17

  • We believe in one God, who is eternal and the creator of everything seen and unseen. God is a triune being, consisting of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He loves us dearly and desires us to know Him intimately and to be known by Him.

    “You have been chosen to know me, believe in me, and understand that I alone am God. There is no other God -there never has been, and there never will be. I, yes I, am the Lord, and there is no other Savior.”

    Isaiah 43:10-11

  • Jesus is the eternal Son of God. We believe all scripture speaks of and reveals Jesus as the Savior for all humanity. It is only because of Jesus’ life, death on the cross, and resurrection that we can enter into a close, loving relationship with God.

    “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through Him.”

    John 3:16-17

  • We believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead. Jesus promised a baptism of the Holy Spirit and of Fire that is available to every person who believes in Him. The Holy Spirit reveals Jesus, convicts us, transforms us from the inside out, teaches us all things, and works powerfully through us as we spread the love of Jesus throughout the earth.

    “But you will receive power, ability, and might when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

    Acts 1:8

  • The Church is the body of Jesus, made up of believers from all over the earth. Through the Church—the followers of Jesus—the love of God is shown, the ministry of the Holy Spirit is given freely, and the Good News of Jesus is spread throughout the earth.

    We also believe in the powerful expression of believers gathering together in local churches to seek God together, to be discipled in the teachings of Jesus, and to deeply serve their communities.

    “God has put all things under the authority of Christ and bas made him bead over all things for the

    benefit of the church. And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.”

    Ephesians 1:22-23

  • Nothing is impossible with God. We believe that through the authority and power of Jesus there is supernatural healing, deliverance, miraculous transformation, and prophetic encounters available for every person who believes. It is God’s will to heal bodies and minds, open blind eyes, and set captives free.
